- Item(s) must be unworn, unused, unmarked with tag attached and in original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase required for all returns.
- Customer-altered or laundered items are not returnable.
- Refund will be issued to original payment method less $8.95 for return shipping and handling. If it is a result of Good Hearts Gear error, no fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Returns MUST be sent back using RETURN SHIPPING LABEL provided during return processing. If the label is not used, the return is invalid and will not be refunded. Shipping paid on original order and Monk Protect insurance coverage are not refundable.
- Items purchased on sale or with a gift card are not eligible for return.

Shipping
